Grenadier Square – Full Modernization

Grenadier Square (40 High Park Avenue and 77 Quebec Avenue) in Toronto was fully modernized in 2022, coinciding with the development of two new towers (Livmore High Park) on the same site.
The refresh included brand new lobbies, corridors, garage work and the addition of a mail room, totalling over $10 million in capital expenditures.
In addition to the modernization of the existing buildings, all residents now also have access to the first-class amenities of Livmore High Park, including a commercial grade gym, swimming pool, art room, indoor and outdoor children's play area, outdoor BBQ area and party rooms.
