The $6 million capital infusion over recent years has notably transformed Jasper One Eleven. Focused on streetscape improvement, the project revamped the ground floor façade, expanding the retail footprint by 10 feet.
The lobby and property management office received substantial upgrades, fostering a more spacious and daylight-infused environment. The second floor amenity space now features a gym and yoga area, complemented by Canada's largest exterior mural—an impressive addition harmonizing seamlessly with the city's landscape.
